have worked in a wide range of fields from B2B & B2C, to mega brands, agencies, small startups and charities. I started my career with a research/ UX focus but have now transitioned into an end to end designer.

More recently, I have been taking on mentoring on Adplist and am within the Top 100 global woman Product design mentors 🎉 and top 10% of all UK mentors 🥹. This is by far some of the most rewarding work I have done to date.

As a result of my career path, I’m very much an evidence based designer. I like to think of it as a bit of detective work, routing through the data, interviewing the users and asking many questions from stakeholders and sometimes, running workshops. Finding the real problem for the user, and really understanding the business needs makes crafting a solution infinitely easier.

My experience has also taught me how to make things possible. Some call that “Lean", but I call it pragmatism, sprinkled with communication and building great team relationships.

Out of work I’m an avid podcast listener, often gravitating to ones detailing people’s stories. I love to hike and get outdoors, travel and host little dinner parties with, and I cannot stress enough, very average cooking.
